Obama is taking over soon
Less than a week for Obama to take over. But then he seems to have his tasks laid out for him already. He has clearly recognized the pending issues facinf his country and elsewhere in the world. How soon can he get his economic stimulus package working for him? His 750 billion $ will create more jobs America than has ever been done before according to him. Construction, power, auto, retail are some of the areas he has targeted and rightly so. How does he plan to fund his bold and aggressive proposal? Maybe he plans to withdraw the tax benefits to the rich. It seems most members of Congress have no clue to where all this is heading. They only hope that it works and will most certainly toe the line Obama has taken. He has also clearly outlined the security issues facing the nation. He has warned of Mumbai type terror attacks on the United States. He has promised of a clear plan for the middle east. He is young, he is honest, and has clear vision for the immediate future. Maybe it was well that God chose this young African-American to lead the world in its present crisis. We wish him the best. At least we will get to see Bill Clinton coming to India when Hillary comes to India as Secretary of State. That’s a good thought.
