Your skin gets healthy only when you take good care of it at bedtime. How do you do it? Here is how…
1. Remove the eye and lip makeup. Pour a little eye and lip makeup remove4r on a moist cotton pad. Use firm and gentle strokes to sweep the pad across your eyes to remove the eye shadow, liner and mascara. Repeat the process for your lips.
2. Clean your face. This includes foundation, blush and face powder. Apply a bit of cleansing milk or oil-based cleansing lotion all over your face. After 2 minutes sweep it off with a cotton pad with gentle strokes.
3. Wash your face and neck. Clean your face and neck with generous amounts of water and a face wash. Be careful to use according to your skin type.
4. Tone up your face. Dab a cotton pad with some skin toner and pat it on your face. This will help to close the pores and cool your skin.
5. Moisturize your face skin. Once it is cleansed and patted dry your skin needs to restore its moisture content. A milk-based moisturising cream should be enough. Gently massage with the palm the cream all over your face.
Be careful to check your skin type before you use the makeup remover. Use only products with glycerine content. Use only baby oil or almond oil as substitutes for makeup remover.
